Important information

You submit applications through the national Studyinfo.fi system or directly through the university portal. Requirements can vary quite significantly depending on the chosen degree program.

How to get accepted?

For a bachelor’s degree, not only grades and school-leaving exam results often matter, but also entrance tests (sometimes the SAT), CV, motivation letter, essay, portfolio or interview. For a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree diploma, transcript of grades, relevance of your previous degree program and often motivational documents are required - the same as for a bachelor’s degree.

Language requirements

The most commonly accepted certificates are IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT and Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency. The typical minimum is IELTS 6.0-6.5 or TOEFL approx. 80-92. In some cases, Polish students may be exempt from the requirement to submit a certificate.
