These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing the use of the website and the scope of services provided by Eduworld Sp. z o.o., including assistance in choosing a country, university, field of study, and support in organising departure for studies.

The content published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not require the creation of a user account.

§ 2. Scope of Services and Commencement of Cooperation

Eduworld Sp. z o.o. provides the following services:

  • Assessment of the client’s needs and preferences regarding the choice of country, city, university, and field of study.
  • Assistance in selecting study programmes and developing alternative application plans in order to maximise the chances of admission.
  • Development and optimisation of the applicant’s profile, including analysis of previous achievements and advice regarding additional activities.
  • Comprehensive preparation and submission of applications, including the preparation of documents such as a CV, motivation letter, references, and portfolio, as well as support in preparing for admission interviews.
  • Organisation of departure for studies, including advice on accommodation, immigration formalities, selection of a bank, and insurance.
  • Preparatory courses for entrance examinations and language tests such as IELTS or SAT, required by foreign universities.

Commencement of Cooperation

Cooperation begins upon the signing of an agreement between Eduworld Sp. z o.o. and the Client, specifying the detailed terms and scope of services. Signing the agreement is the first step confirming readiness to proceed with the selected advisory services.

§ 3. Payment Methods

Eduworld Sp. z o.o. accepts payments through the PayU system, enabling fast online transfers, card payments, and instalment payments.

Clients may also make payments by bank transfer directly to Eduworld’s bank account, independently of the PayU system.

§ 4. Refund Policy and Withdrawal from the Agreement

The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

To withdraw from the agreement, a declaration of withdrawal should be sent to Eduworld by e-mail at: kontakt@eduworld.international. Any refund will be made within 14 days.

§ 5. Complaints Policy

Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to: kontakt@eduworld.international. The complaint should include contact details and a description of the issue or objection.

Eduworld will review complaints within 14 days of their receipt.
