IELTS Course

IELTS Academic is accepted by most universities worldwide – across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and most countries in Asia.

The test assesses your English language skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking. IELTS is scored on a scale of 1-9.

Your IELTS score will be assessed on a scale from 1 to 9.

For most European universities, a sufficient score is at least 6,0 overall and in each section. Some prestigious universities in Europe and around the world require a score of 6,5 , 7 , or even 7,5 (however, this is not a requirement for all top universities.

IELTS is offered only at accredited test centres. You can take the computer-based version of the exam – however, it must also be taken at a test centre.

IELTS is also offered online, but many universities do not accept this version for applications. Remember to check the requirements carefully!

We provide an individual approach to the needs of every student – our courses are taught individually or in small groups of max. 4/5 people. Although much is said about the importance of treating each student individually, in practice, providing this is difficult – which is why we decided that our largest groups would have 4/5 people. Such small groups allow us to closely monitor each student’s needs and development from lesson to lesson.

Tailored to your needs

Both the number of lessons and the duration of the course will be tailored to your needs.Do you need a general review of your knowledge and extra support with the Speaking section – in your case, 3-6 months may be sufficient. Do you feel , that your English is not at a sufficient level and know that you have a lot of work ahead of you? We will create a two-year or three-year plan for you to achieve a high score; Do you need a quick revision before the exam? We recommend the duration of the course and the number of lessons after the diagnostic meeting.

Flexibility of the online course

Do you want to change the day and time of your lessons? No problem, let us know in advance and we will find a suitable time together. Do you want to increase the number of lessons before the exam – we can double or even triple them. Everything depends on your needs!

Without an assessment and checking your current level, it is very difficult to estimate how much time you will need to prepare properly for IELTS. For some people, 3 months is enough, while others need a year or two.
